No, but we would love to see you. We are able to perform all of our cleaning services without you being present at your home. If you plan to be away from home during the time of service please allow us to have access to all parts of your home that will be requiring cleaning. We also ask that you are available to talk (call or text) so we can cover any special concerns you might have, give you exact pricing before we start and collect payment when we finish.

That is a very attractive question, and its a good thing you asked…

  • Parking: the closer we are to the door, the less hose we use and the better our equipment will work. 
  • Pets: We LOVE them, and know you do too. Make sure they have a place they can go during the cleaning, as we will have hoses coming into the home, and we don’t want fido (or mittens) to run away.
  • Vacuuming: you can. It will help. It’s not a deal breaker.
  • Furniture: we include moving small (things 1 person can pick up) items. Medium sized furniture will have a small charge, and there are some items we can not move. You can move anything you’d like if you are unsure, but PLEASE do not move them into an area you want cleaned. This will create more work. So stick them in the garage, or a neighbors house. 
  • Please make sure you have running water, a spigot (you know the thingy that your garden hose attaches to) we can use and there is power in the home.

We are not responsible or liable for any pre-existing damage to any parts of your home including but not limited too: carpet, baseboards, thresholds, cracked or missing grout and tile, hollow tile, concrete, pavers, doors.

Standard cleanings do not include the removal of any of the following:
Pet stains, odor, bleach, damaged carpet or tile, rust, coffee, blood, worn out carpet, traffic patterns, grease, and probably a few other things too

If you are home during the cleaning payment is due upon completion of our service. You may pay in the form of cash, check, or credit card. If you are not home during the cleaning service then we will likely call you, unless we have an agreement prior to starting… In that case we can email you an invoice with a link to a payment portal which you can then pay with a credit card. Payment is due within three business days of the sent invoice. Payment is considered late after 30 days and will incur an additional late fee.

 Info:
If you are paying for the Essential Package for any type of cleaning, there is no warranty that covers call-backs, returning spots, wicking, or new spills. So just treat yourself for a change and upgrade to the Advanced or Premium Package.
 
If you are purchasing the Advanced Package, you will have a 30 day warranty that covers, returning spots, wicking, and even NEW spills (excluding pet stains). And yes, it will cover the clean up after the hurricane party when everyone is spilling beer and tracking mud in the house, or the movers that get the grease from the furniture dolly on the stairs. 
 
If you purchase the Premium Package, Congratulations! You love yourself and your family the most. You deserve the best!

There is no 100% guarantee that all stains, spots or odors can be fully removed. Nor can we fully  guarantee against shrinkage, color run or chance of texture or color change. Especially on newer materials. We accept at the customers risk any items that my be subject to these possibilities. 
 
Cancelations: All jobs not given 24 business hours notice for cancelation will be charged a $125 fee.
 

Payments: Payment is due upon completion of the work, and a late fee will be applied every 30 days of non-payment.
